  So if you take your dying animal there, and your sat waiting to see a vet.. And clearly your upset and not dealing very well with loosing or about to loose a pet you have loved for the last 13 years.. Don't think they care about anything other than taking a payment... Even took the trouble to come to us with the payment machine before we went in to see the vet .. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.. Avoid this money machine at all cost... And not to mention the absolute extortionate price... Never ever again.. Disgusting.. Them behind the counter should be ashamed..

  I would really recommend this vets they were quick and very helpful when my puppy got parvo and helped get the best animal hospital to get her admitted for treatment, they are very friendly and helpful in every way

  I am extremely disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. My cat had received his first vaccination, and I had booked an appointment exactly three weeks later for his booster dose. When I arrived at the clinic, I was informed that there were no veterinarians available because they were performing an emergency surgery. While I completely understand that emergencies happen and that they must take priority, what I cannot understand is why I was not informed before my appointment. A simple phone call would have saved me an unnecessary journey, as well as the time, money, and stress involved. Instead, I travelled to the clinic only to be told that my appointment would not take place. This was particularly upsetting because my cat experiences extreme stress during car journeys. He dislikes travelling, cries continuously throughout the trip, and becomes so anxious that he urinates in his carrier every single time. Putting him through such a stressful experience for no reason was completely avoidable. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, after I arrived, I saw one of the veterinarians standing next to the reception desk for several minutes, fanning himself because of the heat (it was over 30°C that day). A vaccination takes only a few seconds to administer, and it was difficult to understand why there was apparently enough time for this, but not enough time to give my cat his scheduled booster. Alternatively, if multiple veterinarians were involved in the emergency surgery, one of them could have briefly stepped out to administer the vaccine, or at the very least someone could have contacted me before I left home to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I also believe the clinic should have a better contingency plan for situations like this. Emergency cases are inevitable, but there should be a system in place to ensure that routine appointments are either covered by another veterinarian or that clients are notified promptly to avoid unnecessary travel and stress. Because of this experience, I have decided to transfer my cat's care to another veterinary practice. I cannot risk putting him—or myself—through this level of unnecessary stress again if a similar situation occurs in the future.

  This is the first time I've used this vets, and now I will be ensuring I take my other two dogs there too. I had the very unfortunate event which I had to have my little lad Toby put to sleep due to various health reasons. The vet handled it amazing, the reception team and the care team were all so sympathetic. I couldn't ask for a better place for me to let my Toby go. 15 years we've had him, so he was family, and the hardest part is letting someone you love go. He was comfortable, and he was loved to the very last second. For that reason, this is now my go to vet practice. If Toby enjoyed however long in there, then any dog would. Thank you so much to the team for seeing him so quickly. I couldn't ask for anything more, but the most important part is now he's no longer in pain and doing what he loved best, which was sleep all day.

  We saw the lovely vet Ioana. My cat is a little nervous around new people and she was very gentle and kind towards him which made him feel at ease. She was very patient and focused ensuring he was well looked after. You could tell she genuinely cared which was great to see. Would definitely recommend.
