  I genuinely cannot recommend this practice highly enough. As a fairly new pet owner, I had previously only used Vetcare@Home (who have also been fantastic), but when my cat needed ongoing treatment that required registering with a veterinary surgery, I was understandably a little nervous about finding the right practice — both in terms of the level of care and the cost. With so many corporate-owned veterinary practices around, and having heard some less-than-positive experiences, I was keen to find somewhere that wasn't corporate owned and genuinely put the animals first. I am so incredibly pleased that I chose Marshall and Till. From the very first appointment, everyone was so understanding, kind and reassuring. They took the time to really listen, understand and thoroughly investigate the problem, while making sure I was fully informed and comfortable with every step of the treatment and any potential costs involved. What really stood out to me was that I never once felt rushed or that anything was being done unnecessarily. In fact, quite the opposite — they took as much time as was needed and genuinely made me feel that they care deeply about the animals they look after, rather than simply seeing them as another customer. That level of care and compassion made such a difference and gave me enormous confidence that my cat was in the very best hands. A particular thank you to Charlotte, who was absolutely lovely and took such wonderful care of my cat. She treated her with such kindness and affection, almost as though she were her own, which was incredibly reassuring. I completely appreciate that veterinary care isn't cheap, but I was genuinely surprised by how reasonable their prices were, particularly given the level of care, expertise and time they provided. They are worth every penny and more. Thank you so much to the whole team at Marshall and Till for making what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice where you can feel confident that your pet is genuinely cared for.
