  i made a call at around 10pm as by that time my 4 month old puppy had been throwing up white foam and screaming along with it by then she had thrown up around 4 times but she never stopped the screaming unless she was held in my arms this pushed me to make a call believing i might never get to do that again however it is currently quarter to one in the morning and this place would not take her in if i didnt pay right away as my financial situation isnt the best currently, i was offered a klarna payment of over 3 months depending on the cost of the action needed aswell as £344 just for them to have a look at her situation, however as im unable to pay for any of that the best they offered was paying £20 for a video call to look at my dog. for saying this is a vet they havent helped at all and if my dog passes away tonight i hope this doesnt happen to anyone else

  Not professional at all you pay a lot of money to be fobbed off and get told if you don’t pay the money your dog will get put down to then deliver my dogs pup and tell me he’s fine doing well to then say hours later he passed away we tried for 45 mins after he was born but couldn’t bring him back due to lack of oxygen although they already told me he was delivered fine and doing well they clearly did not try to help him they should have given him me so I could of taken him home and feed him considering his mother was under and having a operation so they never even tried to save him! After the money I paid it’s an absolute joke! He could have been saved and that’s not the only issue there is five more things they did wrong like I say unprofessional and currently going through a complaints procedure!

  The vet (Mia) i saw was brilliant and helped with my emergency, but I wasnt impressed with the state my cat came back in, he was covered in blood from a blood test & drip, he was sticky and smelly with stuff all over his stomach im guessing from the enema, the rooms weren't clean at all. The way he came back was horrible the fact he was bleeding loads still doesnt make sense as he doesnt do that when hes had blood at my normally vets. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and made the emergency and stressful time easier she is 100% good for the job

  We (me and partner) took our cat here due to having a swollen tummy, we knew something wasn’t right. Took him to good ol’ Scarsdale where we were greeted by a pretty rude and judgmental Karen (actual name). She pretty much waved off our concerns and said it was a chest infection. We walked away from that vets with unanswered questions and it just didn’t sit right, not to mention how rude she was made it even more reason to believe she was incompetent. We went to a different vets a few days later as his condition didn’t improve. New vets detected the problem straight away, however, it was already too late. This could have been easily prevented. So if anyone actually gives a shit about their pet that they love, just make sure you read this small story before you decide because it could cost them their time, and ultimately their life. Bonus: I’ve also heard 4 other horror stories from people that live around the area about this very same vets. 👀 PS you are my first ever bad review. That takes some doing. Congrats.

  Staff were caring, knowledgeable and showed genuine care for their patients and clients. Before I went, I was apprehensive about whether they would be able to offer appropriate species-specific care for my gerbil, but team were very knowledgeable about the species and were thorough in their assessments of his health. Consultation fee was obviously higher than a regular day vet appointment since it's O.O.H. but the price was perfectly reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.
