I have never delt with such a rude unprofessional place as this one. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

After a traumatic time recently in which my kitten went missing, I was recommended this vet by a friend, although not close to me (I live in Stoke). I managed to get an urgent appointment for the same day and the vet was very understandable that I was upset over my cats injury. She was gentle and my cat really did not seem perturbed by her. The receptionist was also lovely, and my cat got chatting to her in the reception as well. Gremlin is on the road to recovery and i cannot thank these people enough for their compassion.

It was our little dogs time to go to sleep and cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge. The staff were all very caring and sympathetic.

The werrington Branch used to be excellent . Following a booking mix up over the telephone we were spoken to rudely and unprofessionally, despite it being the receptionists error. When I requested to speak with the practice manager I was accused of being aggressive by a senior Vet nurse. Clearly she was not following her code of conduct with her demeanour, something that will be highlighted with her regulatory body surrounding the way she responds to feedback and blocks access to raising concern's by taking calls which were to the practice manager. We have also been made aware that as customer’s / patients we were discussed in the vets afterwards in front of others. I would definitely pass this place by, there are better recommended practice’s around. Who will value customers and not treat them rudely. Just vile
