  Had to take our poor little rabbit to see the vets and unfortunately had to have him put down. The staff were really empathetic and gave me time to say goodbye to him and we're really good. Amazing service in a very sad situation.

  I have counted on my call log that i have had to ring 20 times since September alone as Winnie just loves being sick/injured! Each time I've rang (usually in a frantic, hyperventilating, crying state) the receptionists have been amazing. It doesn't matter what time i call there is ALWAYS space made to accommodate seeing Winnie and the staff are always amazing with her. After a visit to the emergency vets Thursday evening i called Friday morning expecting to have to book for an xray in a weeks+ time, but Winnie was prioritised and rushed straight in for xrays and emergency surgery with no hesitation. The receptionists always go out of their way to call me to ask how she is a few days later which just proves how much they genuinely care about the pets they look after.
