By far the best vets I have had any pets in. They do regular deals, keeping vet costs down low. The receptionists are very welcoming and really helpful, there is a good WhatsApp system that reminds you of appointments and what to do before you come. Really easy to get an appointment, and once there every single member of staff is nothing but kind and professional. The first time my 2 cats were there, they were given treats and allowed plenty of time by the vet to acclimatise to the new surroundings. Very pet focused, not profit. Photo of cats included, because why not.
Read on Google →the best veterinary practice i have been with. on our first consultation they were so patient and kind to our cats. given treats on arrival and their fear free policy is proven in the way they approach and look after the cats during their visit - no scruffing and no forcing them into boxes or onto treatment spaces. they were so well looked after and I feel confident in recommending this place to everyone - I will be staying with them for the future thank you everyone!!
Read on Google →Very helpful, friendly staff! First time using this vets, took my 3yr old cat for a checkup due to a small bump appearing on his bottom lip. Upon entry the receptionist took our names and offered us a calming wipe to help my cat, we we're sat in the waiting room for roughly 10 minutes, the nurse was super gentle, offered him a treat, and gave me as much information as possible. Highly recommend, clean clinical environment, friendly staff.
Read on Google →So impressed with the care my dog received for her dental treatment and how I was looked after as an owner. Wonderful staff and the individual pods really make a difference for pet privacy! From when I was checked in to the aftercare advice, it was a very supportive service. The reminders not to feed before and when and how to take medication and follow up instructions were extremely clear and helpful too. Thoroughly recommend.
Read on Google →The vet was running late due to emergency, but omg they were fantastic...all seating is cubicles...the reception lady seated us in a cubicle with my dog, didn't bat an eyelid about cleaning up after she'd had "an accident" due to anxiety & the vet was lovely, calm & friendly, which made my dog relax so much she didnt bother about the injection. Good prices, fantastic service & nice friendly, easy to find, great parking & understanding staff...what more could you want?
