  I have been very fortunate to have had the care and attention of Elie to look after my very poorly dog Lottie. Elie has gone above and beyond caring for Lottie. Lottie is a very scared and fearful dog who is frightened of EVERYTHING, however Lottie trusts her and so do I. All the staff are friendly, separate areas for cats and dogs and large car park. If you are reading reviews to check out Hope Vets I highly recommend you to choose them. You do not realise the care given until a terminal diagnosis is given but judging the care both Lottie and I have had and continue to receive is testament to the caring nature and professionalism of the staff. Continue the good work

  Absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude from the staff, I had a dog dying at home and called as an emergency as was registered there, just to be told i had been deregistered and thats that, no help, no support and no empathy, if you do not care about animals do not work in a veterinary surgery! Absolutely appauled!

  This is my second time coming here and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I always get really nervous with vets after a bad experience at my previous one where I felt like I was being pushed into loads of unnecessary treatments. But here, it’s completely different. They’re honest and you genuinely feel like they’re giving advice based on what’s best for your pet, not your wallet. The reception team are lovely and really welcoming, and the vets themselves are calm, reassuring and take the time to explain things properly. Such a relief to finally find a vets I trust. Would definitely recommend.

  We have had several dogs over the last 34 years and first knew Deborah from a previous practice where our first two pet dogs were registered. When she started her own veterinary practice we followed her and over the 34 years, Deborah and her team has seen a total of our six pet dogs. Their prices are exceptionally reasonable and there is always someone who will help clients and give advice when needed. The animals are always put first by everyone at Hope and every team member is always professional, polite, compassionate, and committed in healing sick animals, and having experienced their love and attention in post operative care it is second to none.
