  Having been told by a local vet that my daughter’s cat needed urgent dental treatment at a cost of £400 to £500 I took the patient to the PDSA in Stoke for a second opinion. I was very impressed with the clean and modern setup there and the caring attitude, particularly of the lady vet that very gently inspected the cat’s teeth and gums. She confirmed that there was a small cavity but that the cat was not suffering at all and urgent treatment was not required. I was advised to keep an eye on her and things to look out for and to bring her back at any sign of discomfort. Very satisfied with the professionalism here and I thoroughly recommend them.

  Could not thank you enough for everything you have done for our girl. Even though the outcome wasn’t what we all wanted, you did your best for her and we couldn’t be more thankful.   Gremlin went missing whilst I was on holiday and she was hit by a car. She was taken into the PDSA and she made herself at home there. The staff were so sympathetic, when I turned up looking for her, Mya took me into a room and I was able to see the cat but I was tired and because she didnt respond to me I thought my baby was gone forever. A couple of days later she called me again and I was a lot more composed. I now have my kitten back and she was very well looked after. She is now sitting in my house as a princess demanding her dreamies and ham and I could not be happier. Thank you. The place was very welcoming and clean and all staff were polite and professional.
