  Medivet Bearsted is a kind and friendly vet surgery where i know my precious little dog is in safe hands. The staff are very caring and it helps to feel confident when at times things are desperate.

  Awful place made me feel like I committed a crime ,when I called in a couple of times to collect a prescription,told I should wait for a txt ,I waited on this a week.,they weren’t happy I was chasing it up. Terrible service,staff don’t seem to do a lot ,never anyone waiting in the waiting room. Happy to take your monthly payment for the vet plan though. The vet even got the prescription wrong in the end,walked out,don’t trust them either my pets.

  our cat (Harry Potter), we didnt name him by the way, has been with Medivet since we got him. They have been really good in looking after him. Importantly the people involved are lovely, great reception staff who meet and great, and the vet team likewise. I love the pet scheme too - paid for the vet jabs and money off of the prescription pet food too. win - Win.
