  After walking in the Maidstone branch at 9am this morning and unloading on the lovely guys on reception, I feel so much more reassured following a horror event at an unrelated practice. Jason and all the team helped me beyond their call of duty, to source clinical notes from another practice and booked my puppies in with the clinical lead for this week for a check up and made me feel calm and reassured. Thank you guys. You have no idea how much you helped me today.

  Had to make an emergency appointment on a Sunday for my pup who managed to get a stick stuck between his two back teeth. He needed to be sedated to remove it and the care he received was amazing. I also received two phone calls in the couple of hours he was with them, one to let me know they had removed the stick successfully, and a second to let me know that he was settled and not stressed out as I told them I was worried about leaving him as he gets very stressed when I'm not with him. The cost was also very reasonable for an emergency procedure on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend this practice.

  I couldn’t ask for a better vets for my beloved dog. They have looked after her for years and when it was time for her to pass on they treated us with the up most compassion. They made such a painful time as easy as possible. The vet gave us as much time as we needed with our girl after she passed and she reassured us that we’d made the right decision. They worked well as a team, arranging payment in the room to give us privacy and showing genuine care for us and our dog. From her younger years our dog benefited from the companion plan where you have flea, worm and vaccinations for the year plus 10% off treatment and a free health check once a year. She was spayed here years ago and received great treatment back then too. Every member of the team we have encountered over the years were outstanding. Our girl looked forward to meeting Jason and getting a treat from reception. Every vet I visited with her explained everything, taking time to discuss different options. Our dog needed pain medicine which the vet prescribed and dispensed. The pictures are of my beautiful girl and updated with what the lovely staff put together for us. We received a sympathy card in the post from them after we collected our girls ashes. I really cannot fault their service.
