Very local practice convenient to where we live. Compassionate, exceptional and dedicated care always given by Dr Sydney and the team who is always a pleasure to chat with and puts our precious Lucas at ease. Online booking system very useful and user friendly. Pet health club very beneficial. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Strongly recommend Pennards 😊

Pennards were my first choice when I got my puppy Nellie. My dog before had joint and health issues, and they were always brilliant. Very kind, thoughtful and did everything they could to help her and make her feel comfortable. This time around they have also been amazing. They were lovely for Nellie’s health check and second vaccine (she didn’t squeak or anything!) and when I had a bit of a dog bloat scare with her yesterday, they were so nice- cuddling her and making her feel at ease. I’m very happy with my choice of vets (and so is Nellie!). Thank you so much!

No matter the time of day or the problem to be solved, Pennard Vets have always made room for Biscuit with a same day appointment. The welcome from the receptionist is warm and friendly and the professionalism from the vets themselves is second to none - it feels like they are caring for their own pets. From stomach issues to itchy skin, they have always found a solution. Biscuit is so at ease with the team that she gets excited about going to see them! The vet once suggested I saved myself regular visits by teaching me how to drain Biscuit’s anal glands… I said I would be happier if they trebled the monthly vet plan subscription and didn’t teach me! Absolutely a 5 Star operation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn't of found a better practice if I'd tried. We moved here less than a year ago with our senior cat. She has always been good seeing a vet, but this is the first time in her life she has been to a new practice. So her reaction was important. I shouldn't of worried. Usually she doesn't like strangers or she is more nervous around them. Which I also explained to the vet and nurse on that first visit. Needn't of worried. In fact she made me look like a liar! All was well. She let them check her over no problem. Her bad leg that no one can touch, she was fine, she aloud them to check it. They were so good with her. On the three occaisions I have been here it has been the same. My cat is so relaxed when she is here. So if she is happy I am too. I would recommend this practice to anyone that asks.

Excellent vets. Was able to get an appointment on same day for my poorly cat. Vet was so lovely and calm with him. My cat would have happily stayed I think.
