Medivet West Kingsdown has the most kind and caring team, from the partners to the reception staff, everyone genuinely has my dogs’ welfare at heart. They take time to listen and reassure me when I have concerns. They are adaptable if my dog is not comfortable in the practice surroundings and the emergency care we’ve received, on more than one occasion, has been first class.

This is such a lovely and friendly surgery. My dog gets so excited when we arrive as he is petted by all the staff and made to feel special. Great vets, nurses and receptionists and we feel in safe hands.

Our Greyhound cut the inside of his paw, we phoned Medivets and got an appointment straight away that afternoon. We got seen straight away and they really looked after our dog. He had his foot bandaged and was allowed to come home. We went bavk the next day and had his bandage redone. The staff were all lovely and very professional. Highly recommened.

I was able to get same day appointment which was brilliant! My dog became excited when we got out of the car to walk towards the vet entrance. As she wasn't feeling well, I thought this was a good sign on its own. Since she's been there before, it was like she knew everyone and they remembered her and were pleased to see her. The service was really good, punctual, had everything explained to me, and also asked for my views and offered options for treatment. Everyone was very friendly, and they absolutely loved my dog, which she could tell and was loving the attention.

The team at the West Kingsdown practice are so lovely, the vets, nurses and reception staff, especially Sam, really make you feel welcome, relaxed and informed. My Border terrier Wilf absolutely loves going in for his health checks. I'd recommend this practice to any pet owners.
