Brought in my springer spaniel as she had something in her ear which we couldn’t see. It was important to get this checked out urgently as grass seeds can travel to the lungs. We were seen within 10 mins and a long grass seed was removed. Thank goodness we didn’t need our brave girl sedated. We would highly recommend if you have an out of hours emergency. Thanks for your amazing staff and immaculate waiting area.

I honestly can’t recommend Newnham Court Veterinary Hospitalnenough. They were an absolute lifeline for us. We’ve had to rush there in the scary quiet of the middle of the night, as well as for a busy Saturday visit, and the staff are just incredible. Even at 3:00 AM when you're panicking, their vets and nurses have this amazingly calming approach that instantly makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. It’s so much more than just a well-equipped hospital with all the fancy tech; it’s a place where they truly love your fur-baby as much as you do. Knowing they are there 24/7 with such a kind, friendly team gives me so much peace of mind as a dog mum!

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Frida, and although it was one of the hardest experiences we’ve ever gone through, the team at this veterinary practice made it as gentle and comforting as possible. This was our first visit, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us space when we needed it, and made sure our dog was calm and comfortable throughout. A special thank you to the vet who treated her — your kindness, compassion, and care meant so much to us and made an incredibly difficult moment more bearable. And thank you as well to the receptionist for your support and kindness from the moment we arrived. What could have been an overwhelming and distressing situation was handled with such care and sensitivity. We felt supported the entire time. We are so grateful for the care we received during such a painful moment. Thank you for treating both us and our dog with such dignity. We couldn’t have asked for better care.

We went here for an emergency vet service for our greyhound’s wound and was more than satisfied with their service. Sophie and the vet were so kind and gentle with my nervous noodle dog. They offered different treatment options and patiently explained what to expect in the healing process. Sending love from Reaper 🐾

Wonderful vets and staff. Had our little dog Rueben looked after since we moved here 3 years ago. Unfortunately had to have him put down tonight. Nikki on reception was so kind and attentive to us and vet Marina was so very kind and professional as was all the staff. Our sincere thanks to you all. We would recommend them to all owners in the future thank you.
