I pay monthly for a health programme, requested a wormer is sent to me and paid postage. After two months and numerous calls still no wormer. Ended up buying it myself so now I’m out of pocket for the wormer and postage. I was just told it was out of their hands and the only resolution was to cancel my plan. No offer to compensate me they took the postage payment and failed to post, they take your monthly plan payment but failed to provide the product. Disgusting service I’m still £40 out of pocket !!!

Reception booked us in for a same day appointment. Saw Zoe with our elderly, poorly bantam chicken. She was amazing, so kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend as a chicken vet.

This veterinary practice is amazing. Both myself and Jazz (my dog) are so grateful to all of the staff that we have met so far. They all take the time to make sure that the animals are as comfortable and happy as they can be. They are all very kind caring and lovely people.

Covid safe (we waited outside till we were called), really prompt and really reasonable service charges. Warm friendly welcome from staff, patrons and their pets. Amazingly beautiful location. We took our Dubai Feral Mau StreetCat rescue, Shadow Cat too Putlands today for a check up for the 1st time. Maria, Shadow Cats physician, was really knowledgeable, empathetic and really understanding of both our concerns and put our minds at rest. We felt immediately that Shadow Cat was in safe hands. We thought Shadow Cat would be nervous and a bit grumpy like he normally has been but he took too Maria incredibly quickly like they were old friends and she made him feel at ease as she checked him over and treated him with a bespoke Feline health MOT and gave him a few paws full of healthy treats for being a good Cat. The advice she gave us was incredibly helpful and we were allowed too pay over the phone when we got Shadow Cat home. He's now really chilled out and happy after his trip too Putlands, snoozing in a sunny spot like a mini pan-fur. Putlands and Maria were amazing. Definitely a 10/10 from me, the wife & the Shadow Cat.
