I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Medway City Veterinary Centre in Rochester. This past weekend, we faced the difficult ordeal of having to put down our 13-year-old Pomeranian, who was very unwell. It broke our family's hearts. Although this is not our regular vet, our normal vet was closed over the weekend, and they graciously took in our dog, Ollie. Despite the sadness of the situation, the staff did everything they could to help us during this tough time. We left feeling very upset, but also reassured that our beloved family dog was now at rest. Thank you to the staff who were there on Saturday morning for their compassion and support.

My dog has been to 3 different veterinary practices, none of them have showed the care/attention that the staff do here. The vets here are highly knowledgeable, highly friendly to both me and my dog. They're flexible with appointment times for those who work long hours and they're not out to rob or over charge you.

Another wonderful visit with our dog, Pikku. A follow up appointment after being diagnosed with vestibular syndrome. Kelly was so kind, attentive and explained everything to us in detail. Understanding with our concerns. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Medway City Vets for approximately 15 years and would highly recommend them. Vets Nathan and Kelly are both lovely and show great care to my pets. The nursing and reception staff are also super helpful.
