Travelled specially to see the head vet here and all the staff including the vet, Marta, were amazing. Reception kind and helpful (and always answering the phone quickly!), vet nurses kind and vet was amazing. I felt so looked after and I’m so grateful to Marta. Thank you team.

I have been coming here since 1998 maybe. My cat Veronica passed early this year and they were brilliant. Tomorrow my boy and girl are getting spayed and neutered. I trust them implicitly.

Amazing people! They couldn’t be more helpful answering my questions from the start of booking the appointment. Our cat was given lots of love and care and this shows in all the small details like drawing a little bat on his paperwork and the discharge notes was personalised instead of a general handout of aftercare. As simple as it may sound it’s the little details that mean the most. Thank you

We use riverside vets for a majority of the animals under our rescues care. They also serve and help other rescues in the area. No matter how big or small, nice or angry our animals are it isn’t at all a worry for this lovely team. They treat every animal with the care and love they deserve. It’s a shame to see the BBC slandering vets around costs. Not all of them charge a fortune, every vet practice is different. Would highly recommend this team. Affordable, caring and always go the extra mile. Thank you team, from all of us and the cats here at cat lady
