  I brought my 19 year old cat Gioacchino and we both loved doctor Jelena. Not only she was thorough and competent, she was also extremely kind and compassionate and really took into account the specific needs of a very elderly cat (and very affectionate cat owner). We feel in safe hands with Jelena, and we hope she can be with us for the rest of the journey.Great service, quick in giving an appointment, friendly and helpful.

  I visited the vets with my cat on Monday, unfortunately my cat was attacked so I was very anxious not knowing what was wrong with her. Arriving at the vets I had the warmest welcome from Bethany, she was so kind and reassuring. I had my son with me so Bethany assisted me to the vets room. The Vet (Nigel) was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how to care for my cat, I instantly felt much calmer. Brilliant vets and brilliant staff! I will definitely be recommending this vets.

  our dog developed a limp after her evening walk so we called Gravesend surgery and they saw her that same day. Kyra loves all the staff there n enjoyed her visit! They always have advice if they can't see Kyra that day and an appointment further in the week if need be....Only problem being that you have to go up or downstairs but that can't be helped.
