I brought my little rescue Bob on on Wednesday for a complete health check.tbh I was panicking as he is normally terrified of everything and everyone Thinking he would have to be sedated. We went in and met the amazing Dr George. He picked him up and put him on the table chipped him inoculated him, clipped his nails and puffed stuff up his nose. He then gave him a kiss and examination done.Myy boy took all this in his stride showing no fear or stress. Can't thank him enough. Also not forgetting reception staff. Brilliant. Really believe a lot of dr reception staff could take a leaf out of their book.

I can only say good things about the South Ockendon branch. Both vets know and remember my animals and seem genuinely happy to see them. Their care is second to none.

My Maggie was a very lucky girl at this vet practice. She was so loved and well taken care of. She had to have teeth removed and everything went perfectly. I was so anxious about her surgery so I spoke to a lot of local people and everyone recommended medivet South Ockendon. They have such an amazing team and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Eternally grateful to every single person that took care of her.

We used this vet surgery for the first time in September and cannot praise it enough. The staff are friendly and very caring, George the vet, enable us to have another 4weeks with our gorgeous boy Milo. George was very caring, understanding and listened to us, he kept our Frenchie comfortable until the end. "Thank you once again." I highly recommend this surgery.

I had visited seven different vets and, sadly, every single one suggested euthanasia for my beloved Yra. But I refused to give up on her. That’s when I came across Dr. George, thanks to a review from a lady who had also gone from vet to vet trying to help her own dog. I am beyond grateful I found him, my Yra is doing so much better now - all because of Dr. George’s dedication, compassion and exceptional care. He’s not just a vet, he truly cares, works with passion and is genuinely involved every step of the way. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to their work and to the animals they treat. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. George, he gave my dog a second chance when no one else did - and for that I’ll always be thankful.
