  This is our 3rd dog registered with Lynton House vets so they must be doing something right! Get an appointment as quickly as is necessary, the vets/nurses/reception team are all extremely helpful, friendly very professional at the same time. When our last dog sadly passed away Lynton House were so good to us in terms of sympathy for our loss, practical help with insurance. Now we have a new dog the veterinary care is very good as it was with our last dogs. I highly recommend Lynton House vets.

  *IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY…. You know full well I have been in touch and had plenty of correspondence with your clinical director Victoria Rudolph who is not capable of doing her job. Not surprised the standards are so low if they have her to lead by! These people don’t for a second even deserve one star! Awful vets, 3 vets I have seen in this practice and all of them have a disgusting manner towards animals, incompetent and not a clue what they are doing!! After moving to a different vet practise it’s very clear that not all vets are a chain of money grabbers with your pet just being something to make money from! Reception staff are also rude bad mannered people with no love or compassion for animals. If you love your animals stay clear from these people and give your pets the care they deserve elsewhere. When my 8 year old pug was terminally ill with a mass tumour the nurse’s response was…. 8 is good going for a pug! Now that I have moved my pets to a different vets the difference in how they aren’t petrified shaking goes to show it wasn’t the fear of the vets it was the fear of these people that don’t care and treat your animal like it’s an object rather than something that is living!

  Based on my own experience I would never use a vet that is part of lynton vets group ever again, They take no responsibility for their actions they charge an arm and a leg ( but I guess that’s the case with every single large corporate vets ) and they put the blame on the owner when something goes wrong. I would not even give them 1star if I could. They are sarcastic condescending and just blatantly rude. They have put me off having another pet. I complained about being forced into putting my dog to sleep there and then I received an email basically blaming me for not caring for my 15 years old dog. I didn’t want him to pass away in a vets room scared I wanted him to be home in an environment he was comfortable with. My dog was 15 he had a good life with us, it’s only when we moved to this pets surgery that we received no care for him despite paying for a yearly plan. This was the worst pets surgery I have even seen. Avoid lynton vets do not use! Edit! Do not contact me ever again Lynton Vets! Don’t have anymore time or energy for your excuses

  The reception area is pleasant, with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Victoria, the vet we saw, has a calm manner and was really good with our nervous cat. The appointment went very well.

  A huge thank you to Lynton Vets and all their staff for being so incredibly kind as we had to say goodbye to our kitty this week. From start to end they have been amazing and receiving a special card in the post was the cherry on top. Thank you for making this difficult time that much easier for us! We appreciate this so much.
