The Surrey Family Vets team are brilliant. We joined after getting our puppy in July 25. Marcos and the team are great and have helped us with staying on top of everything and making sure Rover is growing up as he should be. Very friendly, approachable and very knowledgable. 5 star service in my opinion ⭐ We are moving from Guildford but will not be changing our vets as we are so happy with the service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all. 😊

We can’t recommend Surrey Family Vets highly enough. When we first registered our pug, Ozil, they offered a free consultation, and Marcos took the time to give him a thorough check. He gently recommended some dental work, explaining clearly why it was needed, what the process would involve, and being completely transparent about the costs. What really stood out was how much time he took to listen to my concerns and answer every question without rushing. It made such a difference, and I felt genuinely safe and comfortable leaving Ozil in their hands. He took the time to explain what had happened during the procedure and what to expect over the next 24 hours booking in for a follow up 48 hours later. The whole team is warm, kind, and clearly cares deeply about the animals they treat. Having struggled to find a vets we feel genuinely happy with, We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful, trustworthy vet.

Thoroughly recommend this amazing vet practice. Marcos and Nathalia running Surrey family vets are a husband and wife team- independently owned and expertly run. They take the time to explain things and genuinely care about the animals. My dog is a Spanish rescue who has Leishmaniasis and Marcos has plenty of experience with this condition. They do many in house procedures themselves as they are highly experienced and have great facilities therefore reducing the need for referrals where possible.

I've been looking for a new vet for a few years now but could never find one that I felt confident in. I'm so happy Surrey Family Vets has opened because I can't recommend them highly enough. We've only been using them for 4 months or so but were extremely lucky to find them when we did (thanks to another recommendation) as our male cat has had a really trying time of it with both a skin infection on his head and then a blocked bladder issue which required surgery and an unexpectedly long, long road to recovery because, well, he's a bit of a weirdo and isn't like normal cats who just get on with things normally after surgery. We've seen both Natalia and Marcos who are both so lovely and caring and great at their jobs but Marcos has been lumbered with the job of getting our cat back to health and he has been absolutely amazing. So patient and generous with his time, he's also obviously a very good surgeon and an excellent vet. I'm not sure if our boy would still be with us (or certainly healthy) without him and I am so grateful for all he has done in terms of his time, his advice and even the regular phone calls to check how recovery is proceeding. Never had a vets like them and hope I never have to find another again! Please go there if you want a good, caring and skilled vet who really is all about your animals not about how much they can take from you in the process like most vets now. There is a reason for all the good reviews and it's not AI ;-)!

We can’t recommend Surrey Family Vets highly enough. We take both of our pets, Chichi and Jojo, there and have always received outstanding care. The team are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make us feel reassured, no matter the situation. Chichi and Jojo are always handled with so much love and attention, which makes a huge difference. It’s such a comfort knowing our pets are in safe, compassionate, and professional hands. Thank you to the whole Surrey Family Vets team for everything you do!
