  The best vets I've been too by far! Our poor boy started worrying us over a weekend. We were keen to find a vets which wouldn't charge out-of-hours fees and the Guildford Vets were so so accommodating at squeezing us in on time. The clinic itself has a lovely home-y feel to it which was very comforting, for our boy and for us also. Peter is the best vet I've come across. He was diligent, compassionate, explained everything very clearly, and was always happy to have a catch up on the phone and answer any questions. The whole receptionist team are so lovely too. Unfortunately, it was outside our control in the end. Peter and the team made Cooper's last weeks the very best possible which I'm eternally grateful for. I'm sad that we didn't find the Guildford Vets sooner, but very grateful to have found them for when we needed them the most, and for everything they did.

  Rushed my pup in on Saturday as she swallowed a bone. The Guildford vet were happy to see her straight away and did an x-ray and emergency surgery. They look after her so well and are always great and so quick with answering any questions on the app. So grateful and highly recommend. Thank you :)

  Visited the practice today with our cat, Gizzy. I felt we couldn’t be in better hands! Even the cat seemed at ease. Thank you so much for fitting us in! I would also like to say that we will be registering our other cat, as even though this isn’t our nearest vet’s, the travel is worth it knowing they are in good hands if needed.

  From the moment we arrived at The Guildford Vet’s out-of-hours service last Monday, to the moment we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our little Miro to sleep, the entire team showed extraordinary compassion, professionalism, and kindness. They truly did everything possible to save our precious boy, while also supporting two very distraught pet mums through the most harrowing days of our lives. Nothing ever felt rushed. We were listened to, informed, reassured, and treated with such humanity and care. The medical care Miro received was exceptional, but what moved us most was the palliative and end-of-life care. It was gentle, dignified, and deeply compassionate. They kept him comfortable, allowed us precious time with him, and made sure he passed away in our arms, hearing our voices, wrapped in love. We will never forget that kindness. Thank you, Peter and Trystan, for everything you did for our little man. We are forever grateful. We are so thankful to have found The Guildford Vet, and we are relieved to know that our little Gigi will now be cared for by such an outstanding and compassionate practice.   I wish I could leave more than just 5 stars! Wonder team of people who are so caring. I took my cat in with health concerns and they went above and beyond for her.
