  Alfie and the team at Knaphill vets have been brilliant in supporting our family manage the complex case of our beloved dog who has a tumour. They acted quickly and made a referral to AURA Vetinary in Guildford as the case is fairly complex and time critical. Naturally as a family we were absolutely devastated with the diagnosis. The team at Knaphill vets were amazing and allowed us some time with her and were clear, compassionate and informative about next steps. We had only recently moved our dogs care from another vets as we heard such great things about here, and we feel that was devine intervention as not sure we would have got the same care anywhere else. Thank you to all. I don't know how you do it!

  My previous vets gave me some unclear news about a pre‑screening blood result taken during my dog’s biopsy. They couldn’t give me a straight answer, mentioned more tests, then said the one test that could rule everything out wasn’t needed yet. They suggested just monitoring things every few months, which left me feeling uneasy. Friends and family told me to go and see Alfie, so my husband and I did. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed, and the receptionist got us booked in with Alfie that same day. I explained everything, and Alfie had already read my dog’s history. He went through the results properly and said he wanted to run the specific test that would give us a clear yes or no. He also arranged for his blood pressure to be checked. The nurse was wonderful — they made such a fuss of him, and he lapped up every second. I expected an email or a call from reception with the results, but instead Alfie phoned me himself the very next day. He explained everything clearly, and thankfully the test showed my dog does not have the condition we were worried about. It was exactly the reassurance we needed, and far more helpful than waiting months for repeated blood tests. We’ve now joined Knaphill Vets, and I’m so grateful. Thank you.

  I had both of my rabbits spayed here about four weeks ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received. From the very first appointment, the team was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with rabbits, which gave me so much reassurance. The surgery went smoothly, and I was given clear, thorough aftercare instructions. The staff took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident bringing my girls home. Four weeks on, both of my rabbits have healed beautifully and are back to their happy, playful selves. It’s such a relief to see them doing so well, and I truly appreciate the care and attention they were given. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Pinkie and Bon Bon !

  Fantastic vet practice. Throughout my time I’ve been registered at multiple vets and left due to either leaving the area or astronomical costs - about a year ago I decided to move both my animals from a well known vets in Horsell to Knaphill Vets. The care we receive at Knaphill is excellent, I definitely feel more at ease taking my pets here for check ups. Pricing is fair, the vets are incredibly caring and want to do the best for the animals they see rather than charge for a treatment that isn’t necessarily required. I always trust the judgement of Knaphill vets (Alfie & James are amazing) and we will remain customers for life.
