Fantastic vets practice. Great staff. My cat was registered over the phone and appointment booked the same day. My cat was attended to and her issues were resolved within a week. All I can say is thank you very much.

An absolutely incredible practice. The vets, nurses, care assistants and admin team are phenomenal. My Bonnie had a toe amputation, operated by James. He and the team have been fantastic during and since! From the post operative text updates to them teaching me how to dress the wound myself. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and caring! I genuinely can not think of anything that could have been done better. Vet bills can be extremely expensive but Knaphill’s honesty and transparency with prices really help in understanding the aspects of the service! I cannot thank you all enough for giving my Bonnie a new lease of life and would recommend you to anyone and everyone! ❤️‍🩹

Always excellent service, staff make sure you understand your animal's condition and medications. Pricing is very fair and transparent. Reception staff are lovely. Transformative experience for my very fearful dog who now loves going to the vets for her biscuit bribes and no longer shakes at the visits.

We’ve been seen by two of the vets so far — Alfie and James — and both have been absolutely outstanding. They’ve cared for our dogs and cats with such genuine kindness, attention, and compassion. Every visit has been handled thoughtfully, with clear explanations and all the information we need to make the right decisions and move forward confidently with treatment plans. The whole team, from reception through to the nurses and vets, have consistently shown the same warmth and professionalism. We honestly wouldn’t want to be with any other practice — Knaphill Vets have set the standard for what great veterinary care should feel like.

Alfie really took the time to listen and help me get to the bottom of what was causing my mini poodle's digestive problems (which were starting to show up systemically) after a prolonged bout of Giardia as a pup. Alfie's calm, caring and unshakeable demeanor, as well as his excellent knowledge and experience, make dogs and owners feel as relaxed as one can be when yours is unwell! He and his team are well connected and willing to engage other professionals if necessary. I would highly recommend their services.
