Vets went above and beyond to deliver incredible care for my anxious dog before her xray. Jay, the vet, listened to my concerns around my dogs anxious nature and came up with a plan around what would work best for her and then accommodated my beloved dog to give her to have the best possible experience. The ladies on reception were also so warm and supportive of me as they could see I too was anxious about it all too. All of the staff worked with me to truly put my dog first and were so kind and considerate. So grateful to them!

I just want to say a massive thankyou for everyone who dealt with my nearly 12 year old chihuahua who had to have 13 teeth taken out! I was able to get an emergency vet appointment on the day I called up and he had his teeth removed the next week. The receptionists are always lovely and welcoming. Although there was a miss understanding with pricing of teeth removal. It worked out so much better in the end. I was constantly updated on how my dog was getting on. Highly recommend vets 4 pets Woking. Thankyou 🫶🏻

5 stars for the Reception team. Always friendly and also offering good, useful advice. As for the practice, it varies dependent on the vet you see. First vet we used a year or so ago was thorough enough, but not the recent one. We decided to move on after the vet failed to diagnose a suspected parasitic infection. Vet never offered any testing, of any sort. Just sent home with a probiotic paste. We ended up having to do our own testing which confirmed the problem. Quite unbelievably Vets4pets later sent a demand to pay for medicine that we never asked them to supply, nor collected.
