  Honestly, I cannot recommend Hannah Zheng and her team enough. The whole practice is incredibly professional and every single member of staff is absolutely brilliant. I have a very anxious German Shepherd who normally will not go near vets, so finding the right one has been a struggle for years. Then we met Hannah — and from the very first visit she was amazing with him. She has such a calm, confident way with animals and clearly understands their psychology as well as their physical health. She made him feel completely at ease, which is something I never thought I’d see at a vet. His surgery and recovery were also the quickest and smoothest we’ve ever experienced. The whole team are fantastic, and Hannah runs the practice like an absolute boss — you can really tell the standard of care there is something special. If you’re looking for a vet you can genuinely trust with your animals, she’s the one. Whether you’ve got bats, dogs, or anything in between, you’ll be in the best hands. 10/10 — couldn’t recommend more. 🐾

  The staff were very friendly but professional. The vet went to a lot of trouble to explain my dog’s particular veterinary requirements and kept me updated throughout the procedure. Also received thorough aftercare.

  My previous vet seemed nervous about a rottweiler so I took him in with a muzzle this time and explained that he was agitated by it and the staff were very understanding. Gave him lots of fusses to calm him down and even asked the next customer if they could wait outside with their cat so he didn't get worse. Would highly recommend as they were willing to work with individual needs
