For the past 10 years, this incredible team has cared for my German Shepherd through some very serious health conditions, and I honestly can’t thank them enough. Their compassion, professionalism and dedication have meant the world to us. A special thank you to Max — Luna absolutely adores him (even when he has to carry out the not-so-nice procedures!). The way he handles her with patience, kindness and reassurance makes such a difference. We trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for everything you’ve done for Luna over the years. 🐾

Couldn’t recommend Sherwood’s more! Staff are all so friendly , receptionists all very welcoming , I’ve had 4 dogs registered with Sherwood’s and they have all been well looked after. Recently one of my dogs has been visiting Max , Amy and Sharuka and all have been brilliant, I have felt comfortable and confident when leaving my dog with them for the day, and my dog is always excited to see them all! Pricing is very fair and is the best in the area . Thankyou Sherwood’s for always doing a great job 🐾

Absolutely Rude front desk, in particular Sally. A clear Dog lover, will completely ignore your cat when you bring them in. Will be amazed at any dog which walks through that door. My last visit around a year ago, they were unable to cut my cats nails, after they had previously cut them twice.. suggested I use sedatives to relax her, when I insisted on being inside the clinic to help like the first two times. I’m sorry to say, but she gives off a VERY racist vibe. This delayed the neutering of my female cat, and since then I’ve managed to cut her nails all by myself with no issues ! Just spoke to her on the phone and she interrupted me, didn’t allow me to talk. I explained that I need my cat neutering and that it’s been a while as I was unhappy with the last service received, to which she insisted I go somewhere else If im not happy with the vet service ? This is how the reception team is greeting customers a whole year later ? A year ago u took the email to complain but never managed to get around to doing so as life catches up with you! I’m very interested in what the practice manager has to say about this and I hope all phone calls are recorded. Absolutely disgusting mannerism from a receptionist. You’d think she owned the clinic the way she spoke to me on the phone. My female friend thought she was absolutely rude last time, and now my partner witnessed how rude she was on loudspeaker just now. Not once has she complimented either one of my beautiful bengal cats, one blue bengal male, and one snow marbled bengal beauty. Maybe this is a vet strictly for Dogs.

Easily the best veterinary practice in Spelthorne and Runnymede! Wonderful independent practice with very caring doctors and staff!! This is an independent practice and the prices quoted are very reasonable, even for complex surgical procedures, which is a rarity in the current landscape where many other veterinary practices have been bought out by private profiteers. The quality of follow-up care post-op is also extremely high! This is any pet's favourite vet ❤️

The lovely team at Sherwood's looked after our cocker spaniel for 15 years from puppyhood to the end. They were fantastic over all that time, delivering superb care, always focussed on our pet and not their bottom line! I can highly recommend them.
