I needed an emergency appointment for my cat after a cat bite left her with a limp tail. Stella was so helpful and managed to fit us in. Steph was an exceptional vet—kind, understanding, and compassionate. I always find vet visits emotional, and I can’t thank the whole team enough for their wonderful care.

We have been with Palmerston vets for almost a year now & they are over & above with their helpfulness, kindness & swift organisation to see us when in need. Our puppy was recently bitten by another dog & they were engaged from the moment we called to ask for photos & to book an appointment as soon as possible. Thank you!

I have used PVG for a number of years and am very happy with the service they provide. The reception staff are always welcoming as is the environment, the vets are very knowledgeable and understanding, always explaining any concerns I have and advising on the best treatment. Overall a wonderfully caring veterinary practice that I would highly recommend to anyone who has a pet.

I've been at the Palmerston Vet's for over 25 years and would never take my pets anywhere else, from the reception desk to the nurses and vets, they have all been kind and caring. Most dogs don't like going to the vets, but all 7 dogs i have had over the years love going there, their tails wagging they run around the reception desk squealing with joy to see them. That's the type of vet you should have.
