  Sage Vets are the most conscientious veterinary practice I have ever experienced. Our 11-year-old Border Terrier had a challenging diagnosis that required surgery. Mark and Harriet made our options very clear to us so we could evaluate the best path for our dog. After deciding to go ahead with surgery, the team were able to bring in a specialist consultant to perform the surgery (which I’m pleased to report was successful). The aftercare from the team has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Sage Vets to any local family without hesitation.

  I was so impressed with my first visit to Sage Vets today to see Mark and his amazing team. After having a really shocking experience recently at Vets4Pets Loughton, and being with them for over 10 years, I was honestly quite wary about trying somewhere new, but wow, Sage Vets were an absolute breath of fresh air and have completely restored my trust. From the moment we arrived, the lovely receptionists Sue and Kerrie made us feel so welcome and absolutely spoilt Nico with treats and fuss! We were also seen so quickly, which was such a relief. Mark spent so much time with us explaining everything thoroughly, from Nico’s care to how their services and dog plans work. Nothing felt rushed, and you could genuinely see how much love, care, and attention he gave to Nico. It made such a difference to feel listened to and cared for properly. The whole team were warm, professional, compassionate, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’m so glad I joined Sage Vets and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet they can truly trust. The difference with this vets is that they care for the animals and the owners not just the money like my previous vets. Thank you so much guys.

  Today we visited Sage Vets in Loughton for our pet’s first vet appointment, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mark and his team were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They made us feel completely at ease and treated our pet with so much care and attention. You can genuinely see how passionate they are about animals and their wellbeing.   Outstanding vets - they have all the top equipment to be able to diagnose quicky, Mark is an exceptional and experienced vet and listens to every one of your concerns and works with you to help resolve.   We heard great things about Sage Vets from friends, and having become very disenchanted by our vet practice at the time, we moved to Sage. The care is outstanding, professional but also personal. We feel like we (and more importantly our dog) matter. She’s been quite poorly over the last few months and after thoroughly investigating her symptoms she is now so much happier. A calm, friendly and caring experience from start to finish.
