  I had to lay boris to rest unexpectedly and the treatment that we received was amazing. The compassion that was given, the time, the advice and overall experience gave me peace, I thank all the ladies as I was an absoloute mess. We also received a beautiful card ❤️

  I recently used vetcall Chingford for the first time after needing help with a stray cat. I cannot thank them enough for their service. Everyone was so helpful and caring with the cat. I missed my appointment after not being able to trap the cat and they still fitted me in the same day. I highly recommend using this vet. Thank you

  Once again we find ourselves posting about the loss of a well loved pet and part of the family. Jake was given first class compassionate care over the last year of his long (nearly 15 yrs!) life. The kindness shown by every staff member up until his passing was exemplary and made the journey bearable not just for him but for ourselves also. So thank you Olive, Stephen and Ben once again and the front of shop staff. You journeyed with us from his birth at home one late night until his death last Wednesday when you came to our home to help us say goodbye. We’re so thankful Jeff and Karen
