I have gone to use Oakhill and Buckhurst Veterinary Services for 1 year and 8 months within the Palmerston Vets and I had to leave as I have moved out of the area. The veterinary staff are all absolutely lovely and have offered and cared for my dog amazingly ! My dog came to them as a senior within the time of being registered we have signed onto the pet health plan, while we were with the vets my dog had suffered: *Heat stroke while being indoors *Gained fleas from another household (outside of the vets) and was uncomfortably scratching *Shown signs of blindness and confused Due to these symptoms I have done and monitored at home myself but when I felt that I physically couldn't do much more the veterinary staff, praised me of what precautions I've taken for my own dogs safety and it made me feel more confident in my myself, especially with the heatstroke so that when the symptoms were eased a bit I felt more comfortable (I had to drive and it was the heatwave or I couldn't get my dog in) having a health check up to see how the recovery was going, the vets went more than I expected and checked for my dogs temperature aswell as blood pressure on seperate occasions regarding of the symptom. The veternairy nurse was also amazing which is a lady who's done my dogs nails as my dog was not allowing me at all but within the time the nurse had her BAMM!! she was clipping like a champ! And this lady even double checked about the vaccine before giving to my dog to see if she was going to be safe on it too as that was around the heatwave which my dog has struggled through I do reccomend this veterinary group 🌟🌟

Woodford , any rescuer who keeps a cat for 5 days without posting it for the owner to come forward should not be defended when you call the owner to authorise treatment / foot the bill. I don't want to be told they took him out of the goodness of their heart. It was a neighbour who didn't even post they had him.. They essentially stole him. When I told you he was fully insured and registered at Wyatt's branch who are very good by the way you sounded a bit shocked. You let them get away this and it hurts a lot as he is dead.

The vet was very confident and treated my dog with best Skill and kindness that I can imagine . We are very grateful as we can see the improvement in my dog’s health straight away . Sedation was done with no pain to my pet and the following treatment was fantastic. Thank you all for your great service

I have been with this vet now for some 7 years and have always found them helpful, friendly and polite. I left the previous vets I used, after an occasion when I was kept waiting for an hour with no explanations and disinterested staff. My cat last week had some distressing symptoms which were quickly identified by the vet and treated sympathetically. I was so relieved by the prompt and professional approach, and my cat is back to his normal self now!

Wish I had read the reviews first. The vet told me my cat appears fine and it is not unusual for Persian cats to have runny eyes and wet nose due to their flat face, but he will give my cat some antibiotics. Two injections later which i am not told about and two types of orally prescribed antibiotics and a hefty bill for a cat that is fine! Simply money making - Very poor attitude - not much care about animals or people.
