Miha and everyone else I met in this practice and in Buckhurst Hill have been kind, knowledgeable and professional. I'm very happy with the treatment my cat received, and with the support and advice I got. Thank you very much for everything!

My beautiful baby Darcy was family to Walthamstow veterinary group, they looked after him for 11 years, Neil treated Darcy like one of his own, we sadly had to put him to rest on the 1st of may 2026 , and Neil was absolutely fantastic with him, my Darcy Boy , a wonderful Labrador fell asleep peacefully with his head resting on my knee. All the staff were compassionate, kind and caring, and today I received a beautiful card with a heartfelt message, along with a pack of wild flower seeds in remembrance of him, which was so kind and thoughtful. I’ll never forget how well Neil and all the staff treated us over the years. A BIG thank you to all 🙏🏽 I added photos to show you his best friend Jazzmin , who is missing him.

Neil Hampson is a treasure and the staff are wonderful. I've been with this surgery since 2007 and they have looked after 10 of my cats and an additional one who was a stray. They're excellent, simple as that.

We have been coming to the Wyatts Lane practice since we got our Cockerpoo, 4 years ago - on a recommendation, which proved to be well deserved. We had her spay done here, which went very well, and more recently we have used the practice to get Olive ready for travel to NZ, which has all gone smoothly as well. If you can get a place here, do so. We have been dealing mainly with Neil, who is great to deal with and his care for Olive shows. The nursing staff have been excellent too. Highly recommended. Neil and his team of veterinary nurses have been amazing in looking after our boy Disney. There has never been any time pressure whilst in the consulting room and never any pushing of any unnecessary operation or expensive drugs. When after 16 years of owning Disney the time to say goodbye came Neil was just wonderful. As difficult as the decision for us was, Neil put us at ease throughout, came to our home, with a lovely colleague, and made the process such a peaceful and humbling experience. We are lucky to have such an amazing vet. So empathetic and caring. Thank you.
