Can't say enough positive words about them. My usual vet could not see us on a short notice, so I gave these guys a call, luckily they were available, so after a registration, we managed to get the appointment almost right away. Usually I would wait for my vet, but as a coincidence we were leaving London for 4 days and we were under quite a bit of time crunch. Nevertheless, they were very accommodating, kind and very gentle with Blue. So so happy with this practise. Thank you once again for a prompt response and help with Blue's injury. 🙏🙏🙏
Read on Google →My beautiful boy Lorca who has been cared for by the Goddards Vet group since he was a 7 week old kitten! Recently underwent dental surgery at the Walthamstow branch. Lorca is now 15 years old and i was extremely worried about his surgery. Having an anaesthetic is a concern at any age, but, at 15 i was terrified! This may have been because his gorgeous little sister Lola was put to sleep last April in 2025 and if I'm honest i'm still grieving for her. I had absolutely no need to worry every single member of staff was unbelievably kind, supportive and loving towards Lorca and my partner! I really can't thank everyone enough who was on duty on the 2nd of February and his subsequent follow up appointment's treated Lorca as if he was their own cat. When your animal needs an operation it's completely natural to be over anxious. No matter how many times you visit the vet especially as they get older it just makes me worry so much more! I absolutely had no need to have had any concerns at all. When my partner brought him home later that day with a bag of antibiotics and analgesics the staff had written Lorca's name on the bag with a hand drawn heart next to his name! It actually made me cry, happy tears of course, but, that single act made me feel so,so happy!. That small action made me feel Lorca had received the very best care possible. I have kept the bag as a reminder! These day's my partner Maria brings Lorca to the vet because i have extremely poor mobility due to rheumatoid arthritis. I also wanted to say a very big thank you to a lady i have spoken to quite often in the call centre called Rosie. Her warmth radiates down the telephone! Always putting me at ease. Her kindness is so welcome when i'm filled with anxiety about my pet. Rosie communicates so well and is always so reassuring. Once again thank you everyone on duty the day of Lorca's operation and his follow up visits. I hope one day to thank you in person. Best wishes Robyn Carter

Read on Google →Mediocre care for an unconscionable amount of money. Will essentially hold your pet’s health hostage, via withholding necessary prescription medication, until you agree to their costly tests etc. Other places in the neighborhood with better quality of care for much less money - and a real focus on the pet’s wellbeing.
Read on Google →Really great experience at Goddard's over the past week. Our cat suffered a bladder blockage and we rushed him in on Thursday evening, the doctors took great care of him while he was there, called me every day and explained his after care well. He stayed there for 3 nights total, the bill was to be expected with the amount of care he had. Make sure you have insurance for your furry friends! Thank you to everyone for looking after our little man 😸❤️
