I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pets Clinic Veterinary Surgery. After looking for a new vet, I’m so grateful that we found this practice. Registering my dog, Lassie, was quick and hassle-free. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and has a lovely, calming atmosphere. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making the whole process easy. A special thank you to Dr. Mihai, who was absolutely fantastic. He made not only Lassie feel comfortable and at ease, but us as owners too. He was kind, patient, caring, and showed genuine compassion throughout the appointment. You can immediately tell that he truly loves animals by the way he interacts with and cares for them. That’s exactly the kind of person you want looking after your beloved pet. What also stood out was how respectfully and kindly he treated us as people. He took the time to listen, answered all of our questions, and made us feel valued and reassured. It’s clear that he cares just as much about pet owners as he does about their animals. We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a compassionate, professional, and caring vet for Lassie. I would highly recommend Pets Clinic Veterinary Surgery and Dr. Mihai to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. Thank you

My partner contacted the clinic on two occasions and Mihai took the time to talk to her and give honest advice about our dog despite us being registered with a different clinic. We really appreciated the vet talking the time to talk to us.

Very helpful and transparent. Kind and caring. Have visited a few times now as I have a senior dog. The vet always gives options, and even shows you where to buy medication cheaper elsewhere.

Thats the way we like it, we have tried many vets and we always get the fear stories, this vet gives it to you straight. No selling you anything your pet doesnt need. We recently moved to E17 and feel so lucky to have this great vets around the corner from us. One of our two cats has (unfortunately) become well acquainted with Pets Clinic and they have given us the best care. Honest, transparent and reliable small business who really care for our pets.
