We recently moved to E17 and feel so lucky to have this great vets around the corner from us. One of our two cats has (unfortunately) become well acquainted with Pets Clinic and they have given us the best care. Honest, transparent and reliable small business who really care for our pets.
Read on Google →Brought in an elderly stray cat that had been dumped to see if he was chipped. The young lady at the reception and the younger vet were both very helpful and kind but the older vet was very rude and aggressive. First he suggested I leave it back on the street - despite acknowledging it was elderly and neutered, and therefore likely to have been a dumped pet - and then he rudely asked me why I brought the cat to him when my own pets are registered elsewhere (I had brought this frail cat to the nearest vet I could find in my bare hands). When I asked if I could leave him there for an hour or so while I contacted some local charities, he shouted and told me he was done talking to me and to get out. I won't be registering my pets with someone who is so dismissive and hostile to both people and animals in need. I can see from other reviews that this vet has a tendency to shout so maybe he should look at tackling his anger management. Edit: I can see they've as usual replied on the defence. Nobody else was in the consultation room for half of this encounter, so not sure why the practice manager is disputing it as if they were there. Nor is my issue with the vet following protocol around caring for strays, simply his attitude. Others can judge whether they think I, along with the many other reviews noting this particular vet's attitude, am making this up for no reason!

Milo, Luca, and Ollie—along with our dear pets Timmy and Benson—have always been exceptionally well looked after. Not only do they care deeply for our cats, but they also prioritize the needs of their customers. The team's compassion and dedication shine through in every interaction. They communicate effectively, ensuring that all our questions and concerns are addressed, and they consistently go the extra mile to help us. Before moving to Walthamstow, I had experiences with other veterinary practices, but none compare to this remarkable team. I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating for their exceptional service—they truly are a dream team 💞💞💞

The communication skills exhibited by the entire staff are exemplary; they ensure that all my questions are answered and that I feel informed about my pets’ care. Moreover, the clinic itself is impeccably clean, which adds to the overall sense of professionalism and care. The team is always accommodating to the unique needs of their customers, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Pets Clinic for anyone seeking compassionate and professional veterinary care for their furry companions.
Read on Google →We’ve been using Pets clinic since moving to the area in 2010 and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The reception staff are always pleasant and both vets are really good and I like that it’s independent. We did have to take our dog for TPLO surgery to a specialist recommended by Pets Clinic and we couldn’t fault their recommendation but all the post surgery checkups were at Pets Clinic.
