What an amazing practice! Thank you so much to vets Fetty and Terry who diagnosed my Rocco with an autoimmune disorder. Something 3 different practices failed on prior to coming here. The tablets are expensive but we were offered the choice of buying them online at half the price which is so very rare these days. Thank you to everyone who works there, so helpful and friendly 😀. I feel like I’m actually getting somewhere now with Roccos condition. Needless to say we are staying put. Thank you ☺️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! We have been using our local veterinary practice for many years now, and they are consistently fantastic. Every single member of the team is always helpful, professional, kind, and courteous from the moment you walk through the door. They treat our pets with so much genuine care and compassion, which completely puts both us and our animals at ease. It's incredibly reassuring to have such a dedicated, reliable team right on our doorstep. Thank you for always providing such an exceptional level of care. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Needed an emergency appointment after Milo had run into something and hurt his chest. Appointment given within 10 mins, Terry was brilliant, gave him some antibiotics and a follow up next day . Put on a course of treatment. Everything explained to us in a caring way . Brilliant practise can't praise them enough. My boy happy again and back to his normal self.

My cat was ill recently and Terry at Gatehouse Vets was amazing. He listened to my concerns and did all the tests to try and understand what was wrong with my cat. He explained everything to me. Why things happen, what they mean, and any possible conditions we were looking at and how we rule them out with tests. I only ever want to take my cat to Terry now for checkups. He was so helpful and reassuring. Thank you Terry! The clinic itself is also really lovely, with a separate area for cats and blankets that they provide to cover the carriers so they do not get stressed. They handled all my insurance claims and were so understanding and helpful! Thanks guys!
