  the whole computer system is an absolute fail as I keep getting some strange outstanding bills to pay out of nowhere every time I go there I am surprised with an outstanding bill like when I get a kitten pack once they said I have deworming and flea treatment including in the kitten pack and the next time I go it’s suddenly not included and I have to pay for it but not straight away only been asked to pay for it whenever I go there for the appointment and then they bring it up that’s it’s there from many weeks ago … 😔😤 also if they ask you to pay on the phone for something when you go in it’s not on the system and they ask you to pay double which I caught sooo many times if I didn’t question the price I would double pay for everything… soo please everyone be aware of what you pay for as the system there DOESNT work … also when you order something online and they say it will be delivered in reality nothing is going to be delivered you have to pick it up it’s very misleading… But vets there are soo amazing so knowledgeable and helpful and kind I absolutely love them and that’s the only reason why I am still with them also some of the receptionists are fantastic and brightens up your day just by a little chat but sometimes I feel robbed by them because of these weird payment issues popping up and I need to argue about and that’s a shame as if that wouldn’t happen soo often I would have given 10 stars… but today I have had enough as I have paid for something that supposed to be included in the kitten pack and now it’s suddenly not included and weirdly they didn’t ask to pay on the spot when I asked them do I have to pay they said no on that same day when I got these deworming stuff but only when I went with a different reason for another appointment many weeks later they say that on the system I have an outstanding bill which is soo weird … my name is Liga Saksa and I am very disappointed with the service as I have been with them for many years it was fantastic like few years ago no issues but past one year or 2 it’s really getting worse….whose ever there in charge please have a look at this issue and sort it out . I am truly sorry for giving these 2 stars at the moment and hoping for an improvement if that’s done I will change my review but for now I am disappointed unfortunately…Many thanks in advance.

  We have been with Brighouse Veterinary Surgery for well over 15 years now, and I honestly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with our dogs. They cared for our beautiful Freddie throughout his life and, at the very end, gave him the most gentle, compassionate care at home when it mattered most. That kindness and compassion is something we will never forget. Now they continue to support us with Princess Poppy and our wonderfully complicated little whirlwind, Gilmore. Every single one of the team has been incredible. Gilmore has had some complex medical and behavioural challenges, and throughout it all they have shown endless patience, understanding and genuine care, not just for him, but for us too. Every member of the team is warm, calm and reassuring. No matter how busy they are, you never feel like just another appointment. They listen, they care, and they always go above and beyond. Finding a veterinary practice you can trust completely is priceless, and after all these years, we are still so grateful we found them ❤️🐾

  Took our Dog for his annual boosters yesterday and once again the team are truly incredible. His tail was wagging from start to finish and even got a few treats and some strokes. We moved to Brighouse vets as our previous vets consistently tried to upsell anything and everything, and we are so happy we made this decision. The team are so friendly, helpful and professional and clearly love the work they do. As we’ve been so happy with the care over the years, other family members are also bringing their animals to Brighouse vets now too. Please keep doing what you are doing!
