They are great, a little pricey, but I’m willing to pay for the location and how good they are with my cats. Reception staff, especially Sam, they are so friendly and reassuring especially if you are worried about something. There have been times where I have called them a few times a day due to being worried about my cats whilst in surgery, and they are so patient and reassuring, the reception staff even arranged for a nurse to call me back to speak with me about my cats (they were going in for neutering, and I have Persians) You can tell they really love animals and I feel my pets are in good hands with them. As with other vets the prices keep increasing and it is costly, so I may review whether they’re still suitable for us if this continues but for now they are great!
