  Overall the experience was ok at best. The receptionist looked like she didn't want to be there. The initial phone call was very misleading, stating you can pay by Klarna, that was not the case and we was told you can't pay that way on an evening, strange. It was about a 2 hour wait to be seen, then we got in the vet room for approx. 3 minutes, to be sent home with 6 tablets, for a total of £350. HOWEVER, the vet herself was a lovely lady, and was kind and very approachable, so thank you for that.

  I want to say thank you for the advice and kindness for our cat tigger on the Monday evening 17th august due to his illness and suffering he was put to sleep it wasn’t fair on him you give us the best advice you could and I would like to thank you for the keepsake a card with his paw marks kind regards

  Excellent emergency vet service. I've taken both my dogs in during the night and the staff have been calm, caring and thoughtful in their treatment of my animals. Both vets and vet nurses communicate clearly, provide options and are helpful in their advice on engaging with insurance.

  It's hard to rate a place, when they have done what they think is the right thing, but it turns out they were wrong. As emergency vets dealing with my beloved but old PaterJack, they gave me no hope and limited options. They advised I put my dog to sleep. I waited a few days, fed her when she wanted to eat, made sure she had water and access to outside. I slept in the living room to keep an eye on her overnight. She got over whatever was the issue with her gastric tract and is back to normal. It galls me that if I had listened to the emergency vet, my lovely Star would have been put to sleep too soon. There has to be a balance. Many older dogs can bounce back. And yes she has a tumour, but she might also have eaten something that upset her stomach. We are hoping for many more happy years with Star. Avoiding vets as much as possible. It was a Sunday, but it was also ridiculously expensive £700 for what turned out to be an assessment, an USS and an injection to stop her feeling sick. £700 for half an hour's work is a rip off in my opinion. Picture below. Star the 16 year old PaterJack on family holiday AFTER Vet advised the only option was to put her to sleep. Please have more hope for older dogs. They can get temporarily sick too.

  If your not sure about your pets symptoms, they will answer the best they can, and advise you wether they think you should take your pet to the vets. They couldn’t really diagnose my cat as it turned out things were internal. Unfortunately the kindest thing was to put her to sleep. That was only 2 days ago, so I’m still quite upset, but I would use this service again if I wasn’t sure what was wrong.
