Have been using this vets for a while now and never had a problem. Always reliable, and the staff are friendly and caring. Overall, it is a well run veterinary practice and they also offer flexible payment options such as 0% klarna which can be very helpful!

Well, I recently lost my dog 😓 We were registered with this branch for about two years after moving to the UK from Bulgaria. We attended routine appointments, and the vets knew my dog was deaf & not easy to examine thoroughly. I have now moved to another city, and the night my dog had an emergency was the first time I ever heard about Brucella. The emergency vet told me that if my dog had not been tested for it, it would be very difficult to find a vet willing to perform surgery on her. What I cannot understand is why I was never advised at any point to get a Brucella test done. No one recommended it, explained it, or mentioned that it could be extremely important for dogs brought from abroad — especially in cases like ours, where proper examinations were already difficult. I’m writing this here in the hope that vets may read it and, in the future, recommend or at least discuss this test with owners who bring dogs from other countries.

My poor baby boy nutmeg had a road traffic accident and vets for pets have been nothing but outstanding! A+++ quality of service! And the speed of which I could get seen to! The team were so sympathetic, understanding and concerned about my poor Nutmegs needs and how critical it was to get him seen to ASAP! I can't speak more highly of them! I like to add I'm particularly referring to the Vets for Pets Capital Centre Preston! Reception team were so kind and sympathetic. Explained everything to me step by step! Special thanks to a surgeon (Mandy) really took care of my Nutmeg! She was so knowledgeable and thorough! Explain to me and showed me! What was going to happen! how it was going to happen! and what to be outcome would be! Her walkthrough was gospel! A successful surgery that was absolutely perfect! In fact I'm going to Vets for Pets for my surgery! 😂 The post operation care was excellent! Follow-ups and check-ups! It wasn't a case of that's it you're done goodbye! Would definitely recommend vets for pets (particularly capital centre Preston) to everyone! Can't be happier and will always be a loyal customer! I know my fur babies Will always be in good hands. 😊 Thanks so much again guys. Aaron 🤗 🐈😺

Never have I been more comforted. I came in for an appointment with my staffy who was clearly in some pain. The girls on the desk where amazing and i got an appointment within hours. Saw Vet Tom and he treated my girl like she was his own , so compassionate, gentle and kind with her and with us. There was such a way in his manner that made me know she was absolutely in the right hands. The way his concern came through made me see what a wonderful vet he is .He booked her teeth surgery and my nervous rescue was so secure with him I knew we were in the right hands. Vet Anna was our surgeon and she went above and beyond , we can't thank her also enough, what a superstar. I didn't want to be 'that dog mum' and pushy but a little WhatsApp message then exploded with all these pictures of my fur baby which is incredible. I had a call from nurse shan to talk through things and she comforted all our anxieties and said our girl had been amazing. Dawn the receptionist called with nurse becky to talk about bloods 2 days after, I mean there couldn't of been a wider team on this. I am so thankful. You've all really gone above and beyond. The care and compassion speaks volumes . She's recovering well and we can't thank the whole team enough, cause I know theres plenty I haven't mentioned that where there doing one hell of a job.

Absolutely fantastic vets. Every single person there is kind, caring, and genuinely loves animals. They always go above and beyond for me and my pets, and I’ve never once felt rushed or brushed off. The reception team is amazing — always patient with my questions and somehow always finds a way to fit me in when I’m worried and need to be seen. The vets and nurses are so compassionate and clearly do what they do because they care.
