Well, it's about time I left a review! My dog is very complex medically and needs a LOT of care, tests, treatments and appointments. I do feel like we live there half the time. I honestly cannot fault a single member of the team, they're all amazing. My dog loves going there so much he drags me in (plenty of good boy biscuits, apparently fed on demand when he smiles at them - or barks if they're not fast enough) and the staff are so kind and caring with him. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff provide support for me as a owner too. I'm often (usually) pretty stressed. I can always count on the staff - from reception to nurses to vets and even to the admin team - to do everything possible to make my life easier and ease my stress. The vets never shy away from dealing with my dog's complexities even when he baffles the lot of us and they're always happy to work with me in figuring out the best treatment route. I really can't thank the entire team enough and obviously I can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic vets. Every single person there is kind, caring, and genuinely loves animals. They always go above and beyond for me and my pets, and I’ve never once felt rushed or brushed off. The reception team is amazing — always patient with my questions and somehow always finds a way to fit me in when I’m worried and need to be seen. The vets and nurses are so compassionate and clearly do what they do because they care.

I can’t say enough good things about this vet practice. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with kindness and understanding, and it really shows how much they care about both pets and their owners. Every vet and nurse I’ve met has been gentle, patient, and genuinely invested in the animals they treat. They’ve been there for me during stressful moments and always taken the time to explain things properly, which means so much when you’re worried about your pet. The reception team is lovely and always does their best to help, even at short notice. I trust them completely and feel so lucky to have found a practice that treats my animals like their own. Truly outstanding care from a wonderful team 🐾

Horrendous do not take your pet here. I signed up with this vet due to the positive reviews on here but what I received back was nothing bar negligence on their part. It is nothing short of a cattle market. You are lucky if you get a 10 minutes consultation where your pet isn’t even examined and the issue not dealt with. They are only after your money no focus on thr pet health it’s a money making machine. My puppy was taken in on Tuesday with loose bowls and pain in the abdomen he was given probiotics, the condition worsened and he was howling in pain distressed and having diahorrah every 1-2 hours. He was taken back to the vets Saturday of that week.Again he was given probiotics and suggested blood test to rule out neurological issues. I am told I would get a call on Tuesday with the results. Sunday that week more explosive diarrhoea and now blood and lots of it. I immediately contact the emergency vet who examines him and do a stool sample and diagnose him with in 5 minutes of seeing him with colitis and give him 5 injections where the diahorrah and pain stop and he will actually eat and drink water without it being syringed in his mouth. This costs me £530 I do not get a call on Tuesday in relation to his blood tests and had to chase them up on Wednesday. Another vet then calls me back and all I can hear is an American woman a dog growling and scuffling of paper and ask him whether the dog I could hear was alright. I request he moves location so I could actually hear him. He turn calls me back and states that the dog showed mild signs of dehydration. It is absolutely comical the service provided here . I cancel my care plan as no care is provided and then receive calls about the £60 cancellation fee. What about the £530 pounds I have just spent at the emergency vets. To which I get told I got discounted vet visits however the condition wasn’t diagnosed so how is this my fault ? To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. My puppy was left in pain but this place is a licence to print money. Do yourself a favour go to snother vey who will actually treat your pet.
