We travel from Blackpool and will continue to do so for this practice. Richard and the nurses are fantastic. Honest, trustworthy and genuinely want to help your pet rather than just taking your money. Highly recommended. Our failed foster Frenchie 'Pig' is in great hands with Riverbank 🤍

We've trusted Riverbank Vet's with the care of our various pets since 1980. From 2000 we've had a couple of Labradors and still have one who is getting on a bit. Mr Amour has always provided the best care and kind personal attention, with a small practice you feel you get the best attention and all the staff all know you and your animal. In fact when they are dealing with you they give you the impression that you're their only customer. You cannot fault any of the staff who work on reception, they are always cheerful helpful and understand that owners and pets can be anxious when visiting the vet and put you at ease. Several have been working there many years so that says a lot about the ethos of the place. If your pet needs a Vet this is the place to go.

Richard and Kim were both professional and caring in supporting our decision to euthanaise our 17year old Bichon. The website provided us with the information we needed to make the right decisions and Richard and Kim showed compassion whilst carrying out the procedure. We would happily return to the practice if we get any new pets.

I used this surgery for 12 years for my cat, Mr Armour & Philippa cared for Bingo incredibly well, through many a illness & ailment. I was always happy with their knowledge, they are incredibly skilled, committed and caring. All their nursing staff were always excellent too. Philippa was a pleasure to deal with and now 6 years on as I look for a surgery again I have great respect for what they did for my girl during her life. If I lived closer I wouldn't hesitate to return here. I hope everyone is doing well x
