AVOID THIS VET IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET ! I am extremely disappointed with the service and care I have received from this clinic and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before registering their pets here. We took our cat in because he had a persistent cough and were told it could be heart worm related. We were informed that a treatment would be applied to the back of his neck and that we would not be charged if we returned unused medication. Later, when I called to follow up, there was no record of the appointment, no record of the discussion and no record of any treatment. I was effectively made to feel as though I had imagined the entire conversation. More recently, I ordered flea and worm treatment and specifically requested a liquid treatment rather than tablets. I was told this would be arranged and delivered. The next day I called to confirm the brand name and was told no such order had been placed and that only tablets were available. This directly contradicted what I had been told. My cat is an outdoor hunter and regularly catches pigeons and mice, so flea and worm treatment is essential. When I tried to explain this, staff seemed confused and dismissive. Communication within the clinic appears to be completely lacking. When I cancelled my subscription due to these repeated issues, I was told there would be a fifty pound cancellation fee. I accepted this, yet I was incorrectly charged sixty pounds and had to request money back. Even basic payments cannot be processed accurately. When my cat was neutered, we raised concerns about his heavy breathing before the procedure. When we collected him, it was clear that these concerns had not been checked or even properly noted. Given that he was undergoing anaesthesia, this is extremely worrying. Overall, I experienced poor record keeping, inconsistent advice, payment errors and a lack of attention to genuine health concerns. I have completely lost confidence in this clinic and would not recommend it to other pet owners !!!

I feel so incredibly blessed that this was my beautiful girl’s vet. Every single person we encountered showed nothing but kindness, compassion, love, and genuine care. I’m beyond grateful for a place like this where people truly care about our fur babies. My sweet girl Lily was always treated with so much love and tenderness. Thank you all 🤍🙏🏼 big shout out to Marta for her kind, helpful and caring nature she’s a gem

I have used vets4pets in Friern Barnet a few times and every time I have been impressed. The customer service from the initial contact at the reception desk to the nurses and vets is second to none. Most recently I had left my gorgeous Russian Blue kitten in their care to be castrated. Shannon who was the vet we met with, was so lovely, friendly and genuinely caring. She performed his op with great care and he has recovered very well. I also met with a couple of nurses afterwards and they were amazing. Shout out to Nicole too as she went out of her way to explain the changes for my little fur baby and how I can best support him going forward. The staff here are very knowledgeable and kind. 100% recommend 👌 Thank you all ❤️

Rayyan Elodimuor MRCVS Is a star VET. She has compassion, excellent expertise and knowledge, analytical with a lot of genuine care for my Coco. She is the BEST. Not to mention Petra, the practice manager with excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism. They are my heroes. I would like to see Rayyan produce TV program. No empathy, no communication, no respect. I brought a neglected cat to this clinic after caring for it for several months and forming a strong bond with it. The cat showed clear signs of neglect, but the staff treated the situation with cold indifference. Once the cat was taken, I received no acknowledgment, no kindness, and no information. Every question I asked had to be forced out of them, even though I was very concerned and emotional. I left my phone number to be passed on to the cat’s owner, but I doubt this was done, as it seems unlikely that a loving owner would have wanted to contact me. I had previously written to the clinic about this, and received no response at all. Their lack of empathy and basic decency was deeply upsetting and disrespectful to someone who had put so much effort into helping a vulnerable animal. I left feeling ignored, distressed, and almost as if I had done something wrong by trying to help. Avoid this clinic if you expect compassion, clear communication, or respect for both animals and the people who care for them.
