  At first the service was reasonable, now standards have slipped. Expect difficulty in securing an appointment same day or next day; expect surgery or appointments to be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice with no follow up call or explanation unless you chase; expect not to be put on waiting list when being told you would, and consequently having to wait months for dental cleaning or surgery. They have helped me out a lot of times, but this is unacceptable now. The quality of vets is reasonable but the coordination and administration require improvement. I had dental surgery cancelled with two hours notice. I had the same vet, cancel again later the same month, due to sickness again. Update - the vets themselves are honestly amazing, the admin just needs sorting out

  We loved our first visit to Snoots! The staff there clearly care about animals, are very knowledgeable and were incredible with our puppy, Boo. It feels like an odd sentence to say, but we look forward to future vet visits as we know that it will be a great experience. Thank you Snoots Bounds Green team :)

  Really fantastic vet. Was very surprised at how much time we were given and how friendly and polite the service was. Adam the the vet and the lovely nurse had to deal with our rather spicy cat and had a very thorough examination. The follow-on plan and the treatment were excellent. Could not recommend highly enough.

  The best veterinarian service you can pick. Very welcoming and helpful staffing. Made the best choice of selecting a membership with snoots, they have a direct watsapp line available for any enquirers they respond very quickly and always help out to the best. We have the comfort of knowing that our little Pamuk is in safe hands! Unfortunately Pamuk has had an unpleasant accident this week however thanks to Snoots he was seen very swiftly and all his checkups xrays was done with immediate effect to give us the comfort that he was okay and making sure all the care needed for Pamuk was given! Thanks a mil to all the Snoots team 🙏🏻

  Snoots is terrific! We use both locations and, the North London one has easy parking. Snoots is very good value if you take your pet to Europe often as the paperwork is included and they know what they are doing. 5 stars from Suki, the shepherd mix in Kentish Town
