Mena assessed and neutered a feral, street cat, (we called him Claws) who was living in our garden. Several other local vets had declined to see him, because he was very frightened and consequently quite feisty and difficult to handle. Mena was incredibly kind and gentle, had no problems assessing Claws and went on to undertake surgery, chipping and FIV testing. Claws has made a great recovery and has settled back into his outdoor life. We feed him and he has a warm shelter. Without Mena's kindness, expertise and professionalism, such a positive outcome would not have been possible. Probably the best vet we have ever met. Highly recommended. Very reasonable charges too.

After spending thousands on vet bills for my beloved cat and still having no clear answers about his rapid decline, I reached out to Meena at Alexandra Park Vets after she was highly recommended by a good friend. From the very first phone call, the level of care was extraordinary. The receptionist truly listened and immediately went to speak with Meena, who then personally came to the phone to talk with me. Meena was incredibly understanding and compassionate. She even offered to review my cat’s medical history and said she would do her best to see us. The level of kindness and empathy was unbelievable — many vets wouldn’t even consider helping without registration and expensive consultation fees. For the first time, it felt like we had been thrown a lifeline. Sadly, my poor boy deteriorated overnight, so my partner and I rushed him to Meena first thing the next morning. She brought us in immediately and treated us with such care, sensitivity, and honesty, giving us the clear guidance we desperately needed in that moment. We are absolutely heartbroken to have lost our boy, but taking him to Meena was without doubt the right decision. Even after an already horrific day, Meena went above and beyond her duties by helping us take footprint moulds in his memory — a gesture of kindness I will never forget. I genuinely cannot thank Meena enough for her compassion, humanity, and for restoring my faith that there are vets in the profession who truly care. It’s not just about profit — Meena truly cares. Thank you, Meena. Sleep tight Mr Willesden 🐾 🐈‍⬛ 💔

You don’t get ripped off for over loving and being extra cautious with your pet. I’ve been 5 or 6 times since getting my pup and there is no general appointment fee! Mina is amazing!

This Vets has such good reviews, I took my Dog there and felt the first visit was fine. The second visit a long while after, my Dog was very ill so I took her there knowing she was probably gravely ill, Mina the Vet didn’t check her gums which were very pale and gave medication for arthritis to try and see if that helped her back legs. My Dog was extremely ill and I then had to wait for a vet’s appointment at another vet’s. We had to carry her in and make the decision to let her go. She suffered by not being examined properly by Mina and having to wait for an appointment at the second Vets.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!
