  It takes a village to raise a child -- or cat, in my case -- and I have felt all the more confident as a first-time cat mum with Creature Comforts Muswell Hill! Everyone there has been incredibly kind, attentive and proactive, and so reassuring and patient with the seemingly endless queries I have had navigating life with a kitten. And most importantly, I have really seen that they really go the extra mile in trying to make my cat as comfortable as possible during his visits. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful and caring vet services in the area!

  Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. Creature Comforts Muswell Hill have been nothing short of amazing with my two cats, Rolly and Piumina, who both need ongoing care 🐾 A huge, heartfelt thank you to Sheri, who is genuinely one of those rare vets you instantly trust. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but also very human and sweet — calm, patient, and so kind. She explains everything clearly, never rushes us, and makes what could have been many stressful situation feel totally manageable. With older pets, that reassurance and continuity of care is everything, and she’s been amazing with them. The clinic itself is spotless and beautifully organised; you immediately feel you’re in safe, professional hands. The nurses are wonderful: gentle with the cats, reassuring with me (which honestly mattered just as much 😅), and clearly very skilled. And the reception team? Absolute angels. Friendly, efficient, and always helpful, especially when it comes to follow-ups and ongoing appointments. Rolly and Piumina were treated with such care, patience, and respect, and that means the world to me. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. If you’re in the area and want a vet practice that combines expertise with genuine compassion, especially for older pets who need ongoing care, this is the one. Very honest with pricing too, you always receive extremely accurate estimates in advance. 10/10, highly recommend. 🐱💙 💕

  We had a really scary experience when our puppy was involved in an accident with a bike rider while we were out walking. It was our first time dealing with something so traumatic with our puppy and we were extremely worried, but the whole team were absolutely amazing. They saw us at very short notice, put us completely at ease, and took such great care of our pup. The little bag of treats they put together to cheer him up was such a thoughtful touch. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire team, everyone was so kind, calm, and compassionate. Highly recommend. Thank you so much 🐾 💖

  I’d like to start off this review by saying that all of the staff here, quite literally, worship my dog 😅 he feels like an absolute King at creature comforts, he is so comfortable and at ease here. They even played fetch with him which I have never experienced at a vets. This is a truly special Vets and I am very grateful to be a member with them. They adore him and he adores them just as much! Alba was very attentive about my concerns and explained everything in great detail about Animal Health Certificates for pet travel. She was super affectionate with Fluffy which I thought was really sweet to see. I would also like to thank Catherine for spotting flea eggs on Fluffy a while back, although he was already on flea treatment (over the counter/ brand frontline) it was not being effective enough. This made us start purchasing our flea treatment from them and it has improved greatly. Also a big Thank you to Pia for looking over my pet insurance and giving Fluffy his treaty bag.   We just had our first visit to the practice as our cat had an abscess drained a few weeks ago and we wanted them to check out his leg. We have a very anxious cat but they were so kind and patient and he was so much more calm than he usually is at the vet. Dr Alba was amazing and she gave him plenty of treats which helped him feel safer and happier. The practice itself is gorgeous and they did everything they could to make him feel at ease. We have the membership now so we will certainly be returning!
