Great vet. Lovely staff. My cats were well looked after.
Read on Google →Always kind ,always helpful. Thank you for your help with my pets , now that finances are difficult .
Read on Google →The staff member answering calls on the main appointment line (not Hammersmith) was extremely unhelpful. He barely listened, rushed through his responses, and it was very clear he was trying to end the call as quickly as possible. This is unacceptable, especially when callers are trying to arrange important or urgent appointments. Effective listening, patience and clear communication are essential in these situations, and this experience fell well below an acceptable standard.
Read on Google →Amazing place. Really disheartened by our usual vet so had been feeling lost. After some hard years, Blue Cross was out only hope. Unfortunately our kittie was too sick to be saved, but they were amazing. Friendly, caring and very trusting.
Read on Google →Always so helpful — Nadin is a wonderful vet and truly lovely. Thank you, Blue Cross, for all your kindness and care!
