I brought my cat in after noticing changes in her appetite and behaviour and was hoping for a thorough, reassuring visit. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Shweta came across as rushed and uninterested in hearing my full concerns. The appointment felt very surface-level, and I left without clear answers or confidence in the care provided. There was little explanation offered, which made the experience even more frustrating. When it comes to veterinary care, feeling heard and supported is essential, and sadly this visit did not deliver that.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience really missed the mark. The clinic felt disorganised, and my appointment started late with no explanation or apology. When I finally saw Shweeta, the consultation felt impersonal and overly brief. I was hoping for clear advice and reassurance about my dog, but instead I was given minimal information and little opportunity to ask questions. The overall attitude made it seem like efficiency mattered more than care. For a service involving animal health and worried owners, this was disappointing. I won’t be using this practice again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Shweta. From the start, the interaction felt abrupt and lacking in empathy. My concerns about my dog were brushed aside, and the way Shweta communicated came across as curt and dismissive rather than reassuring. A veterinary visit should feel supportive and informative, especially when you’re worried about your pet, but this appointment left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Professional knowledge means little if it isn’t paired with basic respect and compassion. Sadly, this was not the case here, and I won’t be returning.

Huge praise from me. Both vets are very knowledgable, and genuinely kind, patient and interested in my dogs. Both receptionists are consistently incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is clean and looked after well and there is no hard sell or long waiting times, which I have experienced elsewhere. It feels like a family practice. I would heartily recommend trusting your little friends with these good people.

We were originally with vets 4 pets in Borehamwood where Shweta was the vet and she went above and beyond for our cats and we followed her to Whetstone. We now have a new puppy Teddy and we are receiving the same care. I have used a lot of vets but have to say I would highly recommend this practice. Shweta, Hannah and the reception team have been wonderful. We will not forget their kindness when our cats sadly had to go to cat heaven.
