Dr. Alex and Dr.-from-California (apologies didn't car their name) were friendly, professional, concise, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. The receptionist too was lovely and was genuinely happy to see my dog. I had a great experience being looked after by the team here.

We came here to register our first kitten and the whole experience was awful. The clinic itself is really small and old and sadly the service was just as disappointing. The vet was cold and unfriendly from the start. We handed over our kitten’s EU pet passport so he could record vaccinations and notes, but he completely ignored it and didn’t even add anything to their system. He didn’t ask a single question about the kitten and only did a quick, superficial check. When he noticed our kitten’s irritated eye all he said was to “change the diet”, no treatment, nothing. I had to ask about deworming and tick prevention myself (something I expected the vet to guide us on) and he just brought the meds and suggested doing it immediately without telling us the cost. When we asked how to register the microchip, he shrugged it off and told us to ask at reception. The receptionist wasn’t helpful either. We ended up googling the answer right there. She also mentioned the health plan but couldn’t explain it properly and clearly wasn’t interested. Despite the “first appointment free” promise, we were charged over £50 just for one dose of deworming and tick prevention. Honestly, it felt like the vet doesn’t even like cats, maybe especially purebred ones. Zero care, zero empathy, zero professionalism. This was supposed to be a happy first visit for our kitten, but it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We will never come back and will be registering with another clinic immediately. Don’t recommend

The staff were lovely as always, welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The veterinarian was professional, kind, and took great care of my pet, explaining everything clearly. I always feel reassured and confident bringing my pet here — highly recommend!
