Absolutely do not recommend! We found Paul extremely rude, constantly undermining us and quite argumentative with all of our points whenever he has seen both of our cats. Our Cat had a bladder blockage and so was seen and treated however the aftercare was absolutely shocking. Paul was extremely negative of the outcomes for our cat and didn’t seem to help give us any advice for what to expect for his recovery. We visited another vet days later, who spoke to us in great detail and helped us know how we can help Jasper, what his recovery may look like, and how to prevent it happening again. Unfortunately it seems like the main priority here is money rather than the care of our pets.
Read on Google →Incredibly rude reception staff - just a simple enquiry and taking one of our pets off the system off the system due to passing away to be met by an incredibly pompous woman who acted as if we weren’t even worth the time of day! Not the right job for her by any means EDIT** the account is under my mothers name of whom does not wish to be shared here on google hence why I wrote the review.
Read on Google →I called recently to arrange an appointment for my very elderly hamster called Bugs. I was offered an appointment the same day, and we saw Paul the vet, he was extremely kind and talked us through everything. He offered medication first, and responded to any queries I had personally, and explained all the rationale and answered any questions I had. After a few days I called late afternoon, as I felt my little pet needed to be put to sleep and I was given a very late appointment the same day with Paul as he remembered treating him a few days before. When we arrived, he was so nice, and treated myself and my little pet with so much kindness. I cannot thank him enough for how he has treated Bugs. Although it was an extremely sad experience, it was made easier by the compassion shown both by Paul the vet and the reception team. It is lovely to see a vets who are so knowledgable and supportive towards small pets rather than just cats and dogs. Thank you for all you did for bugs

Read on Google →Always great service from everyone at Vets4Pets, Otis loves coming to visit even when he doesn’t need any treatment! Rachel on reception especially makes a real fuss of Otis. We’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed and the opening times are absolutely great for people who work during the week.
