  Couldn’t thank Paul and Vets4Pets enough for their treatment and support with my cat, who was diagnosed with the formerly fatal FIP in 2023. As treatment was so new, Paul took the time to research and discuss with other professionals about best practice and was open and honest throughout. I have no doubt we would’ve had a different outcome had we have gone to a different vets. Paul is very knowledgeable and straight-talking, which I appreciated as we could make decisions based on facts in what was a very emotional time for us as a family. Thank you for giving us these extra years with Harry. He’s thriving and back to galavanting in the fields as if nothing happened! Vadim and Rachel (I think, apologies if I have your name wrong) have always been particularly helpful and friendly on reception too. Thank you :)

  We’ve been bringing our German Shepherd Riley to this practice since he was 8 weeks old. As a 6.5 year old he’s had a variety of ailments meaning plenty of visits over the years. The service and care from everyone has always been amazing. Paul, the nurses & the wider team are always so caring with him despite his nervousness at times. Without their aftercare following a time we nearly lost him in tragic circumstances, he wouldn’t be with us. Thank you to everyone for all of your help & care, we are very grateful.

  Absolutely do not recommend! We found Paul extremely rude, constantly undermining us and quite argumentative with all of our points whenever he has seen both of our cats. Our Cat had a bladder blockage and so was seen and treated however the aftercare was absolutely shocking. Paul was extremely negative of the outcomes for our cat and didn’t seem to help give us any advice for what to expect for his recovery. We visited another vet days later, who spoke to us in great detail and helped us know how we can help Jasper, what his recovery may look like, and how to prevent it happening again. Unfortunately it seems like the main priority here is money rather than the care of our pets.

  Incredibly rude reception staff - just a simple enquiry and taking one of our pets off the system off the system due to passing away to be met by an incredibly pompous woman who acted as if we weren’t even worth the time of day! Not the right job for her by any means EDIT** the account is under my mothers name of whom does not wish to be shared here on google hence why I wrote the review.

  Always great service from everyone at Vets4Pets, Otis loves coming to visit even when he doesn’t need any treatment! Rachel on reception especially makes a real fuss of Otis. We’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed and the opening times are absolutely great for people who work during the week.
