I can't fault Galtres Vets for their service, care and skill. Over the years, we've experienced nothing but kindness, flexibility and compassion for our dogs and cat (and us!) from all of the vets and other staff. Chloe has recently supported us through a very difficult time with the utmost compassion and Ellie, who came out to see us at home, was incredibly patient and caring. They really are a very special team.

Forever Grateful for Chloe's Kindness Chloe came out to see our beloved family dog, Truffles, and her kindness, compassion, and professionalism meant the world to us during such a heartbreaking time. She went above and beyond to ensure Truffles could pass peacefully at home, surrounded by love. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and support Chloe gave—not only to Truffles but to our whole family. She made a truly painful moment feel calm and full of compassion. Thank you, Chloe, and thank you to the entire practice, for making it possible to say goodbye to Truffles in the most peaceful and loving way. We are so very thankful.

Such an amazing veterinary practice, we had the fright of our lives when finding our Guinea Pig having what looked like a seizure in his cage. They were just about to close but we rang anyway and they amazingly stayed open an extra half hour without question, until we were able to get there. Being such a small animal we feared the worst, but the Vet and receptionist were so friendly, professional and supportive we felt in very good hands. Our little baby was given a thorough check over, and some pain relief and I'm happy to say he got stronger and stronger as the night went on, then in the morning he was running around wheaking for his breakfast. Without their calm professionalism I don't think it would have been such a happy ending, I can't thank you enough.
