  Took my two cats for their checks and vaccines under their pet plans. Vet was thorough, patient, kind and informative. We also found a stray kitten, who we took in earlier the same week to scan for a microchip. The vet also gave her a quick check over and gave some practical advice. Cannot praise this practice highly enough.

  Highly recommend this amazing vets.. I had to take my cat Deluca as an emergency last Sunday as he had been in a suspected RTC.. every member of the team that myself or Deluca have seen have been compassionate.. understanding and cared for him and me with the best care ever.. after a couple of nights stay and an op Deluca is home and recovering really well..I cannot thank you guys for saving him and for all the love and care we have all been shown throughout his stay and during his aftercare you have all been outstanding.. made the toughest week more bearable.. thank you again.. ❤️❤️

  I use Willow Grove Surgery, but emergencies and other treatments etc are carried out at their main Surgery in Salisbury Road. The staff at both surgeries could not be any more helpful. Both practices are staffed with friendly, professional and knowledgeable people and I have had only positive experiences. On arrival, realising there was a problem, they found a room for us to wait in. I have a rescue pet which is very reactive to other pets and so this thoughtfulness was much appreciated. This time I had to use my insurance. I paid my excess and the admin fee and the Vets are going direct to Pet Plan to recoup the outstanding fee. I had a choice, I could have paid and then reclaimed. I spoke directly to the Vet following the procedure and they answered all my questions. I could not be happier and highly recommend Minster Vets. I put my Pet's life in their hands and would be happy to do so again.

  All the staff have always been great. My dog has had a couple of stays with them as a emergency and ended up having a operation and he was looked after well. I was always kept upto date. My dog is very nervous about going due to having lots of issues and having a operation when he was very young. Everyone is always so patient and kind with him. Thank you 😊

  The whole team at Minster Vets are outstanding. Our dog had an accident while we were abroad, ending in a broken leg. From the genuine support and communication of our care and treatment options to photographs while she was an in-patient through to the aftercare appointments and ongoing advice I can’t recommend them enough.
