My experience with Willet House Addlestone. I took my cat for emergency treatment. We arrived, I told the receptionist that my cat is registered. She could not find my cat, nor me on their system. I spelled my name and cat's name 4 times. I started to feel uncomfortable. She could not find us based on my address either. This took a good 15 min. I told her that my cat was treated there before, we are definitely registered. Receptionist asked me to fill out the registration form again. I thought WTf. Fill it out again? That will take some good time. Cat needs emergency treatment. I filled out the reg. form again. Receptionist asked for my ID, the woman sitting next to receptionist asked for my bank statement. Guess if I had bank statement with me or not! Without those we cannot register unfortunately. That's odd. When I took my cat there previously, no-one asked for those documents. My cat is meowing desperately in the carrier box. Receptionist is taking her time comfortably. Waiting room is empty. The atmosphere is frozen, receptionist woman talks to me like I'd be a bloody cloth (excuse my language). It seems at this point that my cat will not get help there. Receptionist woman keeps being rude. She treats me as a burden with why are you here attitude. I need to add, that I tried to telephone Willet Addlestone for an hour and 15 min multiple times and no-one answered the phone. I said to myself that I'm sure they are very busy with patients and I cannot be impatient. When I arrived, the waiting room was echoing from emptiness. Two women sitting behind the desk, chatting. A customer is not important here. Suddenly the receptionist found me on the system based on my email address. My name and my cat's name both were misspelled. Cat got seen immediately! Receptionist said, she'll correct our name, address... The nurse or doctor who treated my little cat  was professional and kind. Cat received a good treatment finally. That 20 min of unnecessary wait when trying to find us on the system, asking me to fill out reg form again, asking for my ID and bank statement, keeping my cat unnecessarily in the carrier box could have been spared. Cat got his medications printed to my misspelled name. Receptionist woman remained rude. I paid £203. My negative review is for the rude receptionist, who needs to understand that a customer is the most important visitor in the premises. Not interruption. We are the purpose of it. I can take my money to somewhere else. I went back a few days later to get a printout of the treatment that my cat received, a list of the medication and detailed price. I opened the entrance door, I can hear laughing in the waiting room. I stepped in, the same receptionist woman is there. Her face got straight, laughing stopped. I explained what I would like, she said nothing, not Hi, how are you, yes I remember you , nothing. She gave the printout. I said thank you, bye. She has not said a word to me. Absolute no manners! On the printout my name is still misspelled. She has not corrected my name. My other interaction with Willet House Addlestone was, when I telephoned to ask how much cat microchipping does cost. The lady (another receptionist) said that £35. I asked is it any other charge? She said she is unsure. Then whom shall I ask please?!

Dirty, cramped consulting rooms. Overcharged and misdiagnosed our dog's condition, charged us £220 for medication our dog did not need. Aggression from vet when questioned about her fees and practice. To be avoided.

Extremely friendly staff and very caring. We took our rabbit, Loki to be neutered and were very happy with the service received, from the vet that did the op to everyone that interacted with Loki thank you. We were very nervous about leaving him and everyone was so kind to us, we would highly recommend this vets.
