Posting on behalf of a friend who found an injured cat in her garden. After many many phone calls to various vets, charities and the RSPCA, all who declined to help! Kingswood Vets agreed to see her . My friend was very impressed with the compassion and professionalism shown towards both her and the cat. She mentioned the receptionist who particularly went above and beyond to try and help . The cat was scanned and treated..she is microchipped, but no contact could be made as yet. Outstanding service ..Thank You

The vet at the Woking surgery who examined my cat was very gentle and thorough. She took time to explain to me possible causes and treatment options. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Thank you to a great team of people.

I am very happy with the way you have treated Heidi and taken time with her, as she’ is anxious when meeting strangers. Also a plus is being within walking distance

I’d highly recommend Donald Kingsnorth vets in Chertsey. I’ve been a customer for all the years I’ve owned dogs. They saved the life of my Labrador pup going back in time. I’ve then owned a yorkie who I rehomed. They got her well after having pyometria and I now have French bulldogs.

The lovely receptionist got my dog booked in to be seen within 24 hours. The vet was wonderful with my senior dog. Very gentle and reassuring when examining her, explained the diagnosis and options for managing it. The medication given made a real difference to her comfort very quickly.
